Get set up for recycling & Composting success
Thanks to the Strong Future Mill Levy passed by voters in 2018, High Country Conservation Center offers free signage, bins, site assessments, and bilingual training to help you improve or kick-start a recycling or food scrap composting program. We’ve helped businesses, restaurants, HOAs, schools, short-term rentals, and industrial facilities across Summit County clean up their recycling or start new programs such as glass and food waste collection. Restaurants interested in adding food scrap collection can also inquire about available financial support.

Free Resources

HC3 offers free resources for businesses, restaurants, and homeowners associations which include:

  • Site assessments
  • Bilingual staff trainings
  • Recycling & Food Scrap bin labels and signage
  • Grant funding to support a new or improved recycling or composting program
