My favorite “green” things to do are: Never use a plastic water bottle, be a vegetarian, and compost my food scraps after making veggie broth out of them! The craziest thing I have ever done in the name of sustainability is: Crazy? I’m not sure this is crazy, but I don’t think many folks do it. I bring my own containers to restaurants in order to bring my leftovers home without adding another plastic container to the landfill.
