Water conservation rebates can help you save money and water. HC3 offers rebates for irrigation assessments and, efficient sprinkler equipment.
To qualify for rebates on water efficient equipment and upgrades, first you’ll need to schedule a Water Smart irrigation assessment. Apply for your rebate using the link below, or keep scrolling for a full list of qualified services and equipment.
Rebates for your Yard
Assessments must be completed by a certified professional. Residents in single family homes, duplexes or triplexes receive 50% of the assessment cost, up to $125. Commercial properties including HOAs and multifamily common spaces can receive 50% of the assessment cost, up to $750.
This rebate is available for retrofits on existing systems only, and the property must have a WiFi connection. Limited to WaterSense-labeled controllers; search eligible products on EPA.gov. Residents in single family homes, duplexes or triplexes receive up to $75. Commercial properties including HOAs and multifamily common spaces can receive up to $250.
This rebate is available for new irrigation systems and retrofits, and the property must have a WiFi connection. Residential and commercial properties receive up to $75. Any flow sensor qualifies.
This rebate is available for new irrigation systems and retrofits, and the property must have a WiFi connection. Limited to WaterSense-labeled sensors; search eligible products on EPA.gov. Residential and commercial properties receive up to $25.
This rebate is available to retrofits on existing systems only. Limited to approved devices, see the full list. Residential and commercial properties receive $3 per nozzle, up to $75.
