HC3’s water conservation rebates can help you save money and water. HC3 offers rebates for lawn assessments*, irrigation systems upgrades, and lawn upgrades.
To qualify for rebates on water efficient equipment and lawn upgrades, first you’ll need to schedule a Water Smart lawn assessment.
Once you’ve made upgrades, you will schedule a Verification visit.

*HC3 will pay the assessment specialist directly. Single-family/duplex: $450 value; HOAs/commercial spaces: up to $1350 value.
Rebates for your Yard
Assessments must be completed by a certified professional. Residents in single family homes, duplexes or triplexes can have 100% of the assessment cost covered, up to $450. Commercial properties including HOAs and multifamily common spaces can have up to $1,350 of assessment costs covered.
Retrofits on existing systems only. Must include WaterSense-labeled controller and on-site rain/freeze sensor. Residents in single family homes, duplexes or triplexes receive up to $300 per package. Commercial properties including HOAs and multifamily common spaces can receive $300 per package, up to $1000.
This rebate is available for new irrigation systems and retrofits, and the property must have a WiFi connection. Residential and commercial properties receive up to $100. Any flow sensor qualifies.
This rebate is available for new irrigation systems and retrofits, and the property must have a WiFi connection. Limited to WaterSense-labeled sensors; search eligible products on EPA.gov. Residential and commercial properties receive up to $100.
This rebate is available to retrofits on existing systems only. Limited to approved devices, see the full list. Residential and commercial properties receive $10 per nozzle, up to $250 (residential) and $300 (commercial).
