The Ski Watch Condominium complex is a true slopeside property situated adjacent to Breckenridge Resort’s Peak 8. The property contains both primary homes as well as short term rentals. Residents of Ski Watch range from full time owners and residents to visitors and vacationers. With each unit being individually owned, having clear and concise messaging is a necessity in order to maintain successful sustainability programs. At Ski Watch, recycling was on the verge of being voted out, but thanks to one motivated full-time resident, Brain Sample, recycling isn’t going anywhere. 

Improvements made:

• Expanded current recycling service to include glass
• Each unit now has an individual single stream recycling bin and glass bin
• Recycling guidelines are circulated to owners on a regular basis
