Pay As You Throw Community Forum

Join HC3 and Summit County Government to talk about the new Pay As You Throw recycling program. The virtual forum will cover what changes to expect to trash collection services in unincorporated Summit County and give residents an opportunity to get their questions answered.
Curious about what the Pay As You Throw Program is? Residents of unincorporated Summit County who have curbside trash collection will be able to recycle more with the new Pay As You Throw Program.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose a small, medium, or large trash bin.
- The smaller your trash bin, the lower your bill.
- Curbside recycling will be included for free.
- Recycle more. Trash less.
RSVP is required for this virtual forum. The event will be presented in English with Spanish interpretation. Remember, this workshop is focused on residents of unincorporated Summit County, as the program has already been implemented in Breckenridge and Frisco.
