High Country Conservation Center invites you to our annual Harvest Dinner on Wednesday, September 24, hosted at the stunning Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. Savor a four-course meal crafted with fresh, local, and organic ingredients—paired with great views and even better company.

• Local beer 

• A delicious four-course dinner (vegetarian and vegan options available)

• Scenic mountain atmosphere at the 6th Alley 

This event is more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of sustainability. Both HC3 and Arapahoe Basin are proud to champion environmentally responsible practices that help protect the place we call home. 

All proceeds benefit the High Country Conservation Center and support climate action and resource conservation in Summit County. 

Event Schedule 
6:00 PM – Cocktail hour begins 
Enjoy passed appetizers, drinks, and browse the silent auction. 
7:00 PM – Dinner is served 
Guests will be seated for a locally sourced, four-course meal. 
8:30 PM – Silent auction closes 
Get your final bids in to support sustainability in Summit County. 
9:00 PM – Evening concludes.
