My name is Tessa Clarke, and I have been farming with HC3 since 2021. I received my BS in Sustainable Development with a concentration in Sustainable Agriculture and Agro-Ecology from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. My favorite things to discuss in regenerative agriculture are soil fertility and vermiculture (composting with the help of worms). My favorite crop we grow is shelling peas because of their sweet flavor. It’s a labor of love processing them, but it’s worth it!
