Heather joined HC3 in January 2025, bringing a diverse background that spans public education, human resources, and the ski and service industries. With a focus on organizational culture and the employee experience, Heather is passionate about creating work environments that foster growth, collaboration, and engagement. After years of integrating sustainability into both her professional roles and personal life, she is excited to align her career with her dedication to environmental stewardship. Heather is committed to promoting practical solutions for sustainability and making conservation both accessible and enjoyable for all.
Outside of work, Heather calls Silverthorne home, where she lives with her husband, Joe, and their dog, Stella Blue. She is an outdoor enthusiast, with a love for hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and live music. Her love for the outdoors has been lifelong, with sports and the ski industry playing a pivotal role in shaping the course of her life.
