Casandra ‘Kasi’ Fetchik is a sustainability student researcher at Colorado Mountain College, and an advocate for regenerative food systems. Grounded in permaculture design, she believes that growing food is an act of building community, honoring diversity, and ensuring everyone has a seat at the table. With hands-on experience as an organic farm manager and a commitment to food justice, Kasi is stoked to support HC3’s sustainable food program. She looks forward to helping cultivate inclusive food systems, rooted in resilience and abundance for all.
